We came through on Saturday 16/9, to get my autistic daughter her usual. The staff were so pleasant from the drive through speaker to the window, the two staff we experienced were so friendly, polite and just chipper. Refreshing to meet staff that are so friendly.

Almost every weekend the drive thru is closed when it states online it should be open. This is a massive inconvenience to customers who are on the go.

Although service was provided I felt it was a member of staff going through the motions.....no smile no welcome and no help to resolve a problem. I had a reward to collect for my birthday of which was not suggested I take on this visit....as the reward would run out the next day, and once I realised this I suggested the reward be taken and a refund on the cake purchased given. I was advised this was not possible and I should try to visit a Costa again for the reward to be redeemed! Very poor I feel as my points collected were taken for the coffee I ordered but not the reward for the cake! You have to question what is the point especially when a date limit was put on the reward (6 days).....how many people get a reward and never get the time to redeem it?

Would get 5 stars but actually never open in the late afternoon went today Saturday 24 June at 5.15 pm again it was closed staff inside and doors locked. This is a regular occurrence at this costa. Really annoying as you have to drive there. Probably won't be back
Lovely staff and when drive-thru open, very efficient service provided - Unfortunately the drive-thru is closed more often than not nowadays, with staff shortages” being cited as reason. Not convinced this is ALWAYS the case and seems moreof a convenient measure for staff.Will stop visiting this costa because, it’s a hit or a miss for drive thru being open. I don’t want to go into the shop - people go to drive thru for convenience and unfortunately Costa seems to be lagging behind on this front. Imagine if McDonald’s follows suit!!
