Very good quality food and super nice manager with very attractive prices. Largely sufficient quantity.

Ordered a shahi chasni chicken and it was terrible, really bland tasting with garden peas in it. Looked like a British stew rather than Indian curry. Called to advise the shop and was told I was making it up and to go away, they don’t put peas in a chasni and was given abuse by the owners. Terrible food with nasty staff! Worst chasni I’ve ever had.

We have been ordering from the Delta for over 20 years and the food and service are always exceptional. Portions are generous, tasty and the meat always succulent. Staff are friendly and efficient - most of them have been there for years too, which tells you something. Has to be one of the best Indian takeaways in Edinburgh! Recommend the set meal for two (can last two nights if you're not to greedy)!

Purchased a chicken jalfrezi and lamb bhuna from here Sunday night. Both were rotten. The jalfrezi was bland, watery and tasteless. The lamb was slightly tastier, however still very poor.I’ll never be back. AVOID AVOID AVOID ?

Food was awesome and big portions, really cheap. The owners were also very nice!
Sadly my regular Indian is closed due to illness. I couldn’t remember why I stopped going to the Delta, until now. My chicken jalfrezi was bland and tasteless. Chicken had no texture. My misses had lamb buhna, the lamb was tender and lovely however tasteless yet again. £24.90 for two dishes with paella rice and a garlic nan ?. I would like to say, the nan was banging ??. I’ll never be back
