Sometimes forget the big dip and u feel like chasing.g the delivery driver but if u mention it in store next time they rectify the issue and the price of a pizza is getting beyond a joke no doubt good but 40quid for 2 pizzas is steep u can go out for dinner for 50

Order via just eat only to be told an hour after we order that they do not deliver to our area, so I called to complain and the guy acted like it wasn’t their problem very dismissive!

Pizza arrived in good time, unfortunately this was because it was so undercooked the cheese hadn't even melted so had to recook!
Staff member was sullen and unhelpful. I was charged £22 for three plant based pizzas (one small, one medium and one large) but when I arrived to pick them up he only gave me two and said you could not get a small plant based margarita. When I asked him why he did not tell me that at the time he just glared at me. He went on to say he had given us 50% off for the two pizzas. This was a blatant lie as that would have made the full price of the two pizza’s £44!! When we stated we had ordered 3 pizzas he offered to make us a medium plant based and charge us an additional £9.99! When I enquired why the prices on the counter were different to the ones he was quoting he said they were wrong. Why were they on the counter then? By this point our two original pizzas were getting cold so we did not take a third and just left. I could not work out if the whole experience was incompetence or a deliberate rip off. I will not be back.

Pricey pizzas.This branch has lovely staff.I don't know why you have chosen to go card payment only in store.Not all people use card or have it on them.I went in with cash and without my card.You lost money that day.Just use your noggins.

I had a collection order which was ready when I arrived. I asked the staff to sit inside and they agreed. The inside was clean. We enjoyed the pizza there which was delicious. There is enough space to sit inside and enjoy pizza. The staff was really nice. The nearest bus stop is just a few steps away and it is located on the main road. Morrison's is next to Domino's, just a few minutes walk away.

No idea why there's a warning on the box, last time I'll get a delivery of luke warm, at best, pizza.

Received our order and it was cold Tried to call spoke to the manager at Dalkeith who told me I would need to pay delivery again to send out hot pizzas Have ordered a few times and it has been poor will not be ordering again
