Amazing customer service! We tried other tile shops and nobody seemed to care we were there. Fired Earth helped us narrow down the options and gave us great advice, very happy with the tiles we ended up picking.
The ladies in here really know their stuff and are incredibly helpful. I’m a particular fan of Fired Earth paint, which is just as lovely quality as the ‘leading’ posh paint brand, but much better value.

Very helpful ladies in the shop. We spoke a lot to Loraine and Fiona, both super welcoming and helped us make a few design decisions we were unsure about. In the end we purchased tiles and paint, would 100% recommend the shop for service and product quality. Thank you!
