Terrible customer service skills. Got my order wrong, huffed when I told her slammed the food on the counter and took 10 mins to get my coffee. Normally love a greggs but avoid this one!

Used the same tongs to handle both bacon and the omelette (not great when the omelette is for a vegetarian), held the omelette baguette in the same hand he opened the bin with to throw rubbish away. Didn't wear gloves. Gross. Baguette went in the bin.

Half past 1 on a Thursday lunchtime. Had nothing but pizza slices available. Really bad customer service. Wasn't even answered when asked the question of staff member "no even any sausage rolls? "

Got there at 8am. Very little ready. Terrible coffee. Had to throw coffee and go elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend.
