The convenience quality* and level of service you receive at Greggs will largely be without question.However, it really does baffle me how high the prices have now gotten, with no visible increase to quality or staff pay.Hot food that has gone cold is still sold at full price which needs to be addressed here. You pay the same high price for an essentially stale product.Cold sausage rolls, pasties and pizzas taste so underwhelming compared to when hot.I recently tried the soup and you're essentially being sold reheated tinned soup at a 400% markup. Just make a batch at home and enjoy it in the comfort of your space... alternatively buy it from tesco for like 50p.Lastly the desserts, for the most part they're varied and delicious. But I will never understand why they consistently serve the iced sprinkle doughnuts WITHOUT GREASE PAPER.Stop! Doing! This! The best part of the product is lost inside the paper and I don't fancy looking like a completely plonker whilst I rim the inside of the paper trying to get back what was lost!In summary, speedy customer service. Not sold with a smile (which is to be expected, no one is paid enough to care about doing that.) but sold with efficiency yet a quality of product that is more up and down than an unlucky game of snakes and ladders.

As always , staff are friendly and helpful food is always good this shop is a very busy shop and can look a bit untidy at the seating area , but it is used constantly, but as soon as a member of staff is free to clean they are on it

Greggs is the most affordable and quality coffee place for people. I love this place because they freshly bake their bakery items every day.I always remember to get their card, so you get every 10th coffee for free

Used my free coffee voucher app from 02. Bought a vagen hot chicken baguette. So it was a very inexpensive snack!Toilet locked had to ask staff to unlock it.
