We ordered tandoori chicken bougette and they gived us chargrill chicken cold sandwich. It was awful. And then to have have something hot, we ordered a hot apple and cinnamon porridge.But then they said they don't have a spoon so how are we supposed to eat the hot porridge while sit-in?! Very dis gracefull behaviour from the lady in the store. The guy at the till, Ryan was soft spoken but the lady, seems like manager was arrogant!!!This was never expected from Greggs!!

Worst Gregg's service you will ever get. A queue of 5/6 people regularly takes 15minutes +Not sure who's bright idea it was to offer speciality coffees in the morning, more people in the line to get a free coffee on the app than there is at Starbucks, easily 5 minute orders.4th or 5th times I've had to walk out after waiting close to 20mins. Pointless.

Went in for a sausage roll after fancying one and I received a sausage roll that was ice cold - no warmth about it. A friend who also got a sausage roll also said his was freezing. I expect warm food when I go to get something - not something that has been laying for longer than 10 minutes.

Went in and bought 2 steakbakes. Got home took a bite and relised that I had actually been given 2 chicken bakes instead. Good job I haven't got a chicken allergy. When I pay for a steakbake, I'd actually like to recieve a steakbake. Not happy, very poor service
