This place is horrible with there customer service and there food, I orderd over the phone and paid over the phone as I only hard money on my card and the delivery driver wouldn’t have had a card machine, I told the women my adresss multiple times and even confirmed it as I’ve moved adress and have ordered from there before with my previous adress. I was waiting about 1 hour and wondering where my food was so I called them and they tell me they delivered it to my old adress and the person a couple random girls took the food, I was so confused as to why that happened when I told her my new adress multiple times, I was going to cancel but she said I can have a new order for you in 20 mins so I said okay cool, the order comes in 20mins and the boiled rice and egg fried rice are cold and taste like they’ve been in the microwave to heat up , the chips are disgusting and the sauces we got were horrid and was hardly edible, they’ve basically just rushed my order or gave me left over food from I don’t know when, we couldn’t even finish it, I called them to get a refund and they said no refunds, you’d think since they got the wrong adress they would give us some good quality food but I guess the random girls would’ve got that and we that paid for it get left over food from the night before was disgusting please avoid!!!

Best Chinese around. Staff are nice and helpful. The Chilli n Sweet chicken is amazing. Delivered piping hot and quickly by a nice driver. No complaints from me. Defo be back ?
