I would avoid this place :(. Long waiting time, drinks not filled to the max and watered down (in my case twice for ice tea). Chicken ok, but unfortunately no choice when using self order kiosk at the place, I'm not sure if choice is bigger when ordering by different method. Two stars only because I got my order and they got it almost correct (two fries instead of 4).

Outside is a tip. No one, KFC or Crispy Creme pick up litter.\\nNot enough bins, and customers just throw wrapping anywhere.\\nJust avoid the place, it will be rat infested at night I am sure......foxes will love it......seagulls already do.

Food was great as always and the service was exceptional, the people working are very friendly and helpful, we would definitely go again.
Avoid it... place is the pits! They are always short staffed to the point it’s a joke really. Tried it a few times and you can wait for 30 mins for a simple order with nobody being served around you either.

Staff attitude was disgusting, kids came in to order they were ignored told to use self serve machines when they had cash, then made to wait as the female staff member said she had told the til guy to do something else and they would have to wait, wait time for orders was horrendous, had to pull her up for not doing our order right, after serving the kids she mouthed off and stuck her finger up in their direction. Not what you expect from an adult behaviour when serving, wont be back here

The food took over 40 minutes to arrive. Chicken fillets were off. Got full refund with no hassle. Tables were left filthy and food under tables and on floor by bins.Water was dripping in from the ceiling. Cones placed on top but never covered the area of water on the floor. After ordering food at the tills i was told they could only accept cash.Ran out of coffee, hot chocolate and lemonade machine had broken. Never again.
