Order Machine not working, so went to queue. I only had just ordered,, checking my receipt for order number asian person screamed my number within 29 seconds. Not cooked to order. Very very greasy. Handed me my order. I said I also ordered a drink he gave me one without checking my receipt or order. Unprofessional! Last time my receipt said expected waiting time 1 hour 39 minutes. I complained. Given within 39 seconds.. odd

I was in the KFC in Waverley Mall yesterday at about 4pm and the hygiene was disgusting. It was not busy there were only 5 or 6 tables with occupants but we struggled to find a clean table. Almost every table had leftover meal debris on the tables and in some cases on the chairs. There was food all over the floor...at least the pigeon seemed to enjoy it. I reported this guest to your staff and then went back to the table expecting a staff member to come and try and remove the bird or at least start cleaning tables. Waited 5 mins and no one came. It was so messy we did not feel able to finish our meal. If staff don't care about cleanliness in front of house what must the kitchens look like? We left and put our uneaten meal in the bin making sure to at least leave one table clear for the next customer. As I left I checked the counter in case they had a big queue of customers that would have prevented staff from coming to clean up but no. Two male members of staff were talking through the shelves where the food is put through to staff at the back and no customer. Like I say if staff cannot be bothered cleaning the public facing parts what must the kitchens be like?

Ordered mini chicken fillets bucket and I asked for the sides. The Cashier, said they don't do it. Didn't want to argue with him. (He got soured face) . We had it on last Saturday. I than asked the other staff, she said oh he is new, they do have it. Anyway, the manager was kind enough to give me the two sides for today. Reason I gave 2 ** was Thanks to the manager!\\n\\nWon't be coming back here again. While ordering our kfc bucket deal lunchtime today. Noticed one of the staff touching his face and neck all over not once but frequently. Yucky! Very unhygienic.

Don’t use the ordering machines here!!\\nI ordered through the machine and after taking payment, it froze. I went up to the till to ask if it had went through and was told they didn’t have my order. I tried to explain that I was sure it took payment but was dismissed and asked if i wanted to order through the till. I decided to leave it because I didn’t want to pay twice for it. Half an hour later I get a notification on my phone, the payment had gone through. Just lost £6 on food I didn’t even eat.

Sorry but the experience today was shocking! The kfc was dirty (bins were overfilled), the dirt was on the floor, drinks were spilled and even a pigeon was walking around. The staff was understaffed but that is still no excuse to leave a restaurant in that state..

Absolutely disgusting. All the tables were absolutely filthy. Rubbish piled up everywhere, and bins overflowing. Not one clean area in the entire place apart from the tills area. One family did actually gave to go and ask someone to clean a table so they could sit down, which someone came and done that, which was but neglected to attempt to clean anything else. Worst condition I've ever seen a restaurant in my life!!!

Been in twice this weekend on a trip away. The first time certain food was on the menus above the till and after ordering them I was told that they don't do it so gave me/charged me for something else that was smaller.\\n\\nThe second time I came with friends and we saw the advertisement for the app and table service encouraged everywhere so gave it a try. Received our food to then be told \\\"we don't do table service anymore so can you stop, we just can't say no when you go through the app.\\\"\\n\\n2 times things advertised and told the exact opposite by the staff.
It was situated beside my hotel so i went there twice to eat. It was an okay place but fries and chicken was little b cold or watery.! I have been to many KFCs but sometimes some branches are better then other..!

Visited this place whilst in Edinburgh and wanting a quick lunch. Staff were rude, no hello or anything else polite. Bluntly told that they do no thave the wet wipes they usually give with food, however since visited other brahces of KFC and everytime been given the wipes. Chicken was very greasy and only a handful of chips with my meal, maybe because I used their app which give discounts. Really poor and would never visit this brnach again.

We called in here for a quick bite after a nite out it was after mid Ute the food was cooked fresh so lovely and hot place was clean and tidy a few people eating all good would visit again
