I ordered through the self-service machine and specifically asked to sit-in. After a while, I finally got my order but it was given to me through a paper bag instead of a tray. But I ignored that, then went to sit down and noticed the tables and floor was visibly not cleaned. When I opened my bag I saw there wasn’t the gravy I ordered for. So I brought my bag and receipt to the man who gave me my food to show him there was no gravy in my order. Then he took my paper bag order out of my hands without asking, and proceeded to rummage through my food using his gloves that I saw had stains on them, also the same gloves he was using to touch screens, to check that I was telling the truth. Disgusting and appalling service.

I was told there was no ice cream and was offered a biscuit but the price was not told. Later I learned that one ice cream can buy 2-3 biscuits.

The service is so bad. Been told to wait on the side for more than 5 to 10 minutes just for my order to be taken but then the counter machine isn't working. when ordered separately the order took around 15 mins for just one burger and messed up the eat in option i selected and gave me in a takeout

Its a KFC. One of the few proper scran chains in the UK. 10/10 gravy box is my go to. Staff are polite unlike other KFCs. Once a customer ran to the back and stole something, workers were bamboozled.
