Delicious food and great atmosphere! Coming from the northwest of the US, our expectations for sushi are quite high and this place met them. By far, the best sushi we had in the UK and delicious ramen, definitely lived up to the hype. I got the classic tonkotsu ramen and the salmon teriyaki roll and loved both. The restaurant is very cozy and has walls of sticky notes people doodles on, which was a cute and entertaining touch. The service was quick and good and felt like a good value for the quality.

Black Tonkotsu ramen is sooo good! They offers sushi and vegan ramen too. The ambience is calm and cute with its sticky notes. Staffs were accomodating. Will be back to try more.

Amazing experience! The place is small but cozy, the staff is very friendly and the food is really tasty. The waiter forgot a part of my order and deeply apologized about that, offering us the dessert for free. Our experience was so good that I insisted on skipping over the freebie and paid the full price + tip.The place is small but this makes it even more exclusive / special. In front of the sitting space there is a wall full of post-its created by the guests, and you can add your own like we did ?.If you love ramen / sushi, you can't miss this place!

Maki & Ramen left me with mixed feelings. The ramen was tasty and satisfying, with a good selection of toppings to choose from. However, the sashimi and rolls were somewhat underwhelming, lacking the finesse and quality I expected. The service was decent but could have been more attentive during busy hours. While the prices were high for sashimi, the portion sizes felt a bit small. Overall, Maki & Ramen is a decent spot for a quick and casual meal, but there's room for improvement to truly stand out among other Japanese restaurants in the area.

Very friendly service but the food is just okay. We had the chicken ramen and some sashimi. Again decent food but not 4.5 stars as google reviews say. The sushi were slightly not fresh (they order them from different location a few steps away which is very interesting) and my chicken ramen was spicy (however the menu didn’t say so), which I didn’t mind.

This was a great place to warm up with a bowl of tonkotsu. My family had spent a day of sight seeing a needed a quick dinner. The shop is small but cozy. We had no problem getting a seat, the service was fast and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend.

The food was delicious, and they have a big portion size for the ramen. We were sat downstairs which was surrounded with all these post-it notes that previous customers have left. It made the experience fun while reading all of them and also the polaroids as well. They didn’t have ice however, which was unfortunate.

Cute little spot, but this location does have minimal seating. Only ordered the takoyaki, which had too much batter and not enough octopus for me. However, my friends said that their ramen was great!

If you like spice, go for the hell Ramen, it's really good! It has a fair kick to it but it isn't crazy buldak noodle level spicy.
