Cold and floppy chips is usual, rude staff, new system means you will never be greeted with a smile instead just being ignored. Ordered one item? You've got to wait for the entire queue of food orders completed before you get your cold became warm drink or melting McFlurry. Making you to order your sauces for 20 nuggets but never will get them. If you wish for a much better McDonalds experience, go to Cameron Toll!!!

I am just commenting on the drive thru experience which is excellent. I've started to use the McDonald's app which lets you order ahead, reducing wait time while your food is prepared. I've never had a problem with wait times, staff, the wrong order or anything. Everything seems to work like clockwork.

Macdonald’s was such a good map as plenty lane changes and once there it highlights the correct lane for the service I needed ( order and collect ) thank made life so much nicer!

Bad morning at McDonald’s drive through.\\nThe guy asked me what sauce with bacon roll I said Brown, but no sauce in the roll. Cappuccino with out coffeee, I could taste only milk, I believe they didn’t check the beans that finished in their coffee machine.

Normally good but got a sourfaced service at the drive through. The staff are generally very helpful but not the one that I got. Order missing items and had to wait until someone else came but he was helpful.
Far too small and badly located for the area it serves. What always puzzles me is that McD talk at length about protecting the environment. How much damage do their drive throughs cause to the local environment and beyond.

Was in here today and the place was filthy beyond belief. Customers were having to clear tables, wipe tables and (sauce covered) chairs themselves before they could sit down. There was food all over the floor - my son managed to slip on some old soggy chips. It wasn't nearly as busy as it usually is so I'm unsure why it was in such a disgusting state. The customers were trying their best to clean it but the bins were all over flooring.
The toilets were also in a terrible state! Disgusting!

Restaurant was very dirty, empty tables had not been wiped down. Dirty trays with food and food boxes sitting on tables. Floor had not been swept as it had chips, chicken nuggets, fruit shoot bottle over it, highchairs still had food on them (down the side of the seats on the foot rest). No excuse the place was so quiet. To mention the food, chips cold, drink flat, asked for bacon on a double cheese burger not worth the extra 40p you pay for it very disappointing.
