I'm originally from California but am in Scotland for the semester so I was curious to see how some Mexican food from Edinburgh compared.I ordered some pollo con arroz to go. I opened it as soon as I got home and was surprised to see that it was like shredded chicken mixed with the rice. Nonetheless, I dug in. I could tell a lot of the spices and flavors were there, but in truth I got sort of over the taste after digging into it a while. The restaurant itself seemed really nice and the actually quality of the food was good, I think the plate just wasn't for me. However, I'd still be willing to go and simply try something else. I do think it's worth a go since any complaint of mine solely lied in a personal preference as opposed to anything to do with the service!”
