Amazing Turkish barbecued mangal meat, delicious Turkish Mezze as a starter. My first ever taste of Okra, delicious in a spicy red sauce. I loved the Turkish Bubble Bread, delicious.Great atmosphere too, and our hosts were welcoming and friendly and attentive. The food at Pera is amazing. I will come back for Mangal charcoal barbecue Turkish style Kofte, chicken and beef.We were a group of about 14 friends and family. Everybody loved this restaurant. This place gets a 10 out of 10 from us.Thank you Pera, I will visit your amazing Turkish Mangal charcoal barbecue cooking restaurant soon when I'm back in Edinburgh. Fantastic food. I would be really proud if I could make delicious food like this. Great atmosphere, bijou intimate family run, cooked from scratch. Visit Pera and see for yourself.

This was our last night in the city and it couldn't be more welcoming, as well as delicious closing of our experience in Edinburgh! Thank you to Orkun, he made us feel like home! They are super vegan friendly, and if you haven't tried mezze yet, this is the place you definitely need to give it a try! Once again, thank you so much for your hospitality, and we'll definitely be back soon!

Found this on google looking for a Turkish/Mediterranean BYOB in city centre. Food and service was 10/10. Corkage was £4.50 for wine and £2 for beer. Would ? visit again. We had the mixed grill main course and was so tasty. Thank you for a great birthday meal.

What a beautiful cosy little restaurant, that we had the pleasure of dining in. Everything from the ambience, food, and service was just SPOT ON. The food was delicious, and the owner himself greeted us and made sure throughout the evening we were taken care of, true Turkish Hospitality. A must-go if you are in the area.

I've had takeaway from here a number of times and always loved it but ate in the restaurant for the first time recently and it was even better! The food is beautiful and the portions are huge, the service was so friendly and the restaurant is pretty. I had the lamb casserole which is one of my favourite Turkish dishes and it was absolutely perfect.

Very rude just phone to book table for 6 and asked question if their place is wheelchair accessible. Very rudly said go to hospital to find a wheelchair. We are very busy and hanged up.

Great food, friendly atmosphere, would happily recommend. Not rushed and very relaxing place to enjoy our meal. Bring your own bottle too keeps the costs down.
