Expensive for an average pizza. Other places do it better. Excellent service.

Slightly slow service but otherwise as good as pizza express normally is. I recommend the dough balls with garlic

Drinks arrived after we finished starters. Mains arrived at the table only warm (I saw them come out the over 5 mins previous). Deserts had to be abandoned due to how long the menu's took.

Late afternoon Ocean Terminal, Edinburgh....no booking , no availability, despite entire place being almost empty. Sent voucher as apology. Went to North Bridge at about 20.50 at weekend. Could not serve food as glass had been broken in kitchen!!! Learnt from rival restaurant that this is common practice by disgruntled staff. Have to say that I have been totally disgusted by two last attempts to eat there. Continue to behave like this Pizza Express and you will lose all custom and you will have only yourselves to blame.

Great meal at Pizza Express- I was part of a group of 37 girlguides and the service was excellent. Girls got a good value 3 course meal and I was very impressed that all the meals (including the leaders) were all ready at the same time. Thank you so much to all the staff working last night.

Great food for the family and some cracking deals. Maybe need to sort out the app though and make it clear there's no reward until after you spend another 10 quid. Over all though great food and service though. ?

It was half empty restaurant when we came. We were awaiting for >10 minutes at the entrance as there was a sign "wait to be seated". Total ignore from all staff in spite of our attempts to draw their attention. Disgusting service. Had to leave for other restaurant.

Pretty dismal pizza. Went there for dinner. Had the pulled pork n spicy guiseppe. Unfortunately flat in taste and pizza missing something. And I love pizza.

We had the most amazing server, and I'm kicking myself because I can't remeber her name. But she was running the whole restraunt on her own. She did the most amazing job, was friendly and helpful and made our visit the best time!!!The food was good and we will defiently be back!

Took my family of 4 to Pizza Express Northbridge in Edinburgh. Pre booked with the app but due to family uncertainty had to cancel and rebook multiple times. App was great and allowed this. We turned up a good 45 mins early on the off chance they had a free table which they did. You know where you stand with pizza express - good pizzas, good vegan options and willingness to swap around ingredients (dairy cheese please) and a good selection of Italian beers. Also had various member benefits to help reduce the bill. Staff were friendly albeit could have been a bit more attentive but always responded when I called them over so no biggy. A good reliable place to take the family and recommended to anyone looking for pizza on a night out in Edinburgh.Vegetarian options: Entire vegan menu and they are willing to swap ingredients around like dairy cheese if you want it with vegan meat

I had the worst experience in a pizza place ever dining in at your pizza express at 23 North Bridge Edinburgh. The (chef) ? Daniel burnt our pizza we wondered why it was taking so long and when it arrived it was black and he’d obviously removed the burnt toppings and replaced them with semi cooked ones. The pizza was burnt and black around the edges and the waiter who sounded like American or Canadian plonked it on our table and said “Crispy”. What a disgrace we paid for our two Peroni beers left the change and got out of there. Disgusting service Daniel or the waiter should have just said sorry it’s burnt and apologised and we would have understood why we waited so long instead of trying to con us into accepting a cremated pizza. We’ve never been in Pizza Express before but you’ve certainly left an impression that won’t be forgotten. As tourists from Australia you might think it doesn’t matter as we’ll go away but bad news travels fast. ?

Tried the Funghi di Bosco, Sloppy Giuseppe and Halloumi bites. Pizza's are good servers not so much. Took off 3 stars for waiter's racist behaviour ton two separate occasions. As can be seen in other reviews, this is a persistent behaviour.

This place is pretty special. Kathy, Gemma and Chris were 3 staffmembers we interacted with last night and all were superb. How the management recruit and retain such great staff is a mystery. Chris on the front desk was great, Gemma who we spoke to during the meal had a great attitude and Kathy, who we had met a few months ago continues to give exceptional service. All 3 had probably had a really busy shift and were tired but they never let it show. We haveeaten in a number of Pizza Expresses but this one is a cut above because of the outstanding service by these 3staff members. I hope the management do everything they can to retain them in the long termas am pretty sure they areIrreplaceable. Food and drink was too notch as well. We will be back

Everything is just fake. The staff and waiters work for just tips. Need to wait a lot for food service even for paying bill it takes another 20 minutes. Toilets were not clean. Cutlery and glasses were not washed properly.Food is just ok not as worth for what we pay.
