Pizza was par for Pizza Hut and it seemed clean. Upon arrival, I was told I would need to wait 15-20 minutes before I could order, and then it would be another 10-15 to make it. In my entire 41 years of Pizza Shops, I've never been told I need to wait 15-20 minutes to even place an order. Looking around the restraunt, there weren't many people. I was told by staff that the manager only has 1 Cook in the kitchen on Thursdays.

Disappointing experience overall. I visited Pizza Hut this weekend to enjoy the unlimited pizza buffet and I was left with a terrible feeling that this establishment oversold and underdelivered.The quality of the pizza was flabbergastingly poor. The gap between the normal Pizza Hut pizza and what is on offer at the buffet is very large. The pizza we tried today was greasy and chewy. Not only was the quality of the pizza questionable but the selection was far too limited for a ‘buffet’. They only offered 4 types of pizza during our time there. At some points there was no pizza at all, as the kitchen was struggling to keep up with demand. There also was an option for pasta although I do not recommend this as it was bland and tasteless.The soft drink menu left a bitter taste in our mouths as although they offered six types of soft drinks, all were diet or non-sugar variants. So much for choice at buffet!The “Ice Cream Factory” did not feel like a factory but more like an icecream workshop! There was only vanilla flavored ice cream available. However, there was quite a decent selection of toppings.The staff were friendly enough and all orders were via QR code. I must commend them for their ordering system however as it was uncomplicated and required no application download.But the most egregious part of this whole experience was the pricing system, at approximately 20£ per person on weekends the quality fell well short of what would be desired at this price point.Overall, I would recommend travelers avoid this establishment while visiting Edinburgh and opt for the plethora of other options available for lunch.

Positives - Very friendly staff, food excellent. Every customer is asked on arrival if they have any allergies or dietary requirements. Would definitely visit again.Negative - can get cold as fan on cool, and doors at both ends of restaurant mean cold air every time someone enters or leaves. Hence giving only 4 stars overall.

Worst experience in a Pizza Hut in my entire life. I love pizza Hut, there is none in my city so when I travel I always try to find a Pizza Hut to eat. I ordered one chicken pizza. It was not good at all, I had to take literally all chicken pieces out of the pizza and still couldn’t eat all. My husband ordered a gluten free pizza, it was as bad as mine. The worst part is that we have paid around £17 in each pizza. The staff was super friendly though. Anyway do not recommend chicken pizza neither the gluten free one.
