We have been treated very poorly at this establishment. We were three people who each went with our code, but one of the three had to stay in the car because there was no parking. The other two went to order our coffees and our friend's and the person who served us not only treated us badly by telling us that he couldn't give us our friend's coffee because we could only present one code per person, but he also put on a smile of smugness mocking us. We also asked for his name to file a complaint and he refused to give it to us. We are very dissatisfied

I came here after I had a disappointing croissant experience. Their croissants made me feel better about this. They were perfect except for that they were room temp, but other than that they were perfect. I also got an iced mocha and it was good too.

Coming from the Seattle area, where all we have are Starbucks, this place is amazing!Ate at a few Pret restaurants in and around Edinburgh, and they all offer fresh fast food, good prices (compared to other places), and good quality.Knocked down one star for their breakfast bowls, I tried a couple of them and wasn’t impressed, but the sandwiches, cookies, and drinks are good!

A dwindling selection of vegetarian options over the last year. May be related to one of the display fridges being permanently broken
