I arrived from the Airport and Ai can say it's really close to trams station for 7.5 pounds. Staff was really friendly and I felt quite nice there. Room was clean, bathroom was right and food at bar was right. It was according my expectations and make me feel right

Excellent service & management was very helpful when I left my items in room after returning to USA. They helped me out & my items are in my possession. The rooms are very clean & overall a very nice place to stay.

I went to this hotel as a birthday trip to Edinburgh. I purchased the birthday package which was amazing and so much thought was put into how they decorated the room. I was also given a supprise plate of treats, which were delicious. On arrival we were able to check in earlier, and were told they had upgraded our room which was lovely. Staff were polite and very helpful. The room was bright and clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the room had everything we needed. Thankyou for an amazing stay! We booked again immediately for my boyfriends birthday in January. Amber x

Stayed for 5 nights. Rooms clean and tidy. Pool bigger than most similar class hotels. Decent gym. Location great for trains/trams. Supermarket/shopping/coffee in walking distance. All staff friendly and helpful. Especially those cleaning the rooms. Happy with the Novotel.

First Negative which was my apprehension but proved wrong from the moment I checked into Hotel. The staff, very helpful, they are at Reception Desk, 24/7 so any issues, call them ( but better go down), very courteous and understand your needs well and try out of way to help. Room size we stayed was called Queen size Bed room with Sofa, good enough for couple, a little small for 3 adults, but manageable. They have suites, just 2 of them, mostly booked. Didnt get a chance to move in but when it was empty and the manager Mr Gabour arranged for me, we were habituated with the room we had. Very Well located with ample parking. Edinburgh Park Tram Stop and Edinburhg Scott Rail station is just 4 mins walk from hotel. Looking for little shopping then TK Maxx is again just a walk away with Decathalon. No major brands ofcourse. Krispy kreme and KFC is just across the hotel. if you want to stay little far than city centre (princess street / haymarket) but yet want to go daily then this is the hotel.

We stay here from time to time when in Edinburgh, this time was our anniversary and not only did we get upgraded but we were left a lovely card, Prosecco and shortbread, what a lovely touch, thank you so much. The staff were all really helpful and we even got a coffee to take when we checked out

Nice hotel close to the airport and nicer than the Premier Inn over the road which we have also stayed in. Typical Novotel family room and bathroom - modern, simple, good 4* hotel. Check-in was quick and easy with reception staff pleasant. Pool area was nice (a little tired in parts) but a nice to have. Gym was small, and would be too busy with 3 people in it. However, this is probably not the main reason use this hotel. Main areas were nice and modern, good standard. Restaurant was very expensive and the service was ok. For a family of 4 to eat - two adults and two kids, the bill was £154.00. Only 4 drinks so £122 for food - This was for two adult starters and mains - One main was a pizza. We ordered one side of truffle fries. Kids both ate of the kids menu. The food was nice but nothing special. Being an All Acor member I tried to obtain the restaurant code so I could add the points but none of the waiting staff knew anything about this option and in the end I had to contact All Acor direct. We had breakfast included in the price - breakfast was very good - great choices of traditional English, pastries, yoghurt, cereals and healthier options. Coffee was good. Overall a good stay, close to the airport but restaurant is pricey. Location - 5 mins walk from Trams / trains to Edinburgh centre or Airport. If you like running you can run right along the tram lines and go for a few miles. You could probably get a 5 mile run in on the cycle / pedestrian route. Retail park over the road if you have forgotten anything.

Last week i stayed for one night in Novotel Edinburgh park. Rooms were beautifull and spotless clean. Great location between the city and the airport with the tram on just a few minutes walk. The staff were super nice and friendly and then there was Zander....By far the most enthusiastic hotelemployee i have ever met. We just came in to get my backpack before we went to the airport, just for a little while but we left with the biggest smile on our faces because of him. I experienced the Scots as unique in their friendliness and hospitality but this Zander, he even topped that! Lovely to see someone with this much passion for his work! ? So i absolutely recommend to stay here while visiting Edinburgh!!

A great hotel that far exceeds expectations. Spent 3 days here for a meticulously delivered event. Clean, well presented, but most importantly dominated by a team who genuinely care and are clearly operating in an environment where they are empowered to deliver a standard of service that many far more expensive hotels are still aspiring to deliver. Events team to front of house, catering team to maintenace - all obviously encouraged to make customers feel special, and all clearly delighted to do so. A pleasure to stay here. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Comfortable modern rooms with bathroom accessories, pin code safe for valuables. Small fridge. Lovely swimming pool, delicious restaurant food. Housekeeping excellent, staff helpful & friendly. Close to tram stop for Edinburgh and airport. Local shops close by. Definitely recommend.
