Really disappointed. We were visiting Edinburgh for my birthday & decided to pop in for some lunch. The service was good, we were served by a young lady who was polite and pleasant. The restaurant had building work with lots of noise, it would have been nice to be told this on arrival before ordering. The final straw I had a burger and fries. They were both luke warm and I was going to complain but decided against it. We were the only 2 in the restaurant. Anyway no more than 1 hour later I had tummy cramps and had to take an emergency toilet run. We had to go back to the apartment where I progressively got worse extreme cramps, clammy, fatigue and vomiting. I am so sad as it was my birthday we had dates nothing before as I was saving myself. Now I’ll spend my last day in Edinburgh stuck in the apartment !!!!!!

Came on 15th.Feb. lunchtime. Ordered food and drinks from table app. Were told after 5 mins. No more food being served. My card would have the money for this put back on. STILL WAITING. have emailed cutomer service 2ce. Still no reply. Be a.different story if I had walked out without paying. I have paid for something I didnt get .
