Temperature of shop warm despite large air conditioning unit in front of the food display cabinetes. There were four staff serving but still seems to take quite a while to get served and get drinks order. Ordered an iced latte to take out but was given a regular hot latte. Didn't want to make a fuss as server must have misheard me. However, ended up throwing the coffee away as just tasted of milk. I was very disappointed as numerous issues.

Love Starbucks but I was at this one in the past few weeks and for whatever reason, the man serving me thought he was 007 with his chat but he was so unbelievably rude and more like a brick to the face. I don’t pay for there opinions. But it was evidently obvious he made remarks about me having oat milk and being ok w caramel drizzle and then the look he gave and the snideness when I was disappointed I couldn’t open my Starbucks app. It popped into my head because I was going to head down for a coffee this morning but that experience has put me off going there. So for me, that merits a review.

Me and my boyfriend want to thank Sara and the other staff tonight.We went in wondering if they had released the Pumpkin spice drinks and Sara very kindly said that you have to use the app to receive the drinks or she could do it for us. Just a kind service and thank you to those who made our drinks! Lovely people <3

I come here every Monday morning to work and my experience is always excellent. The shop is clean and well kept, and the staff is truly amazing. They're definitely the main reason why I keep coming week after week.
