One of the worst service experiences I've had. In a rush I decided to drop by for what is usually a reliably fast, known entity. Big mistake, it took ages and was horrible!Important to note the staff member doing the first part was great, but it compeltely fell down on the person doing the salad and tills (Jordan). She was so slow and so grumpy. Her colleague tried to encourage her to go faster and she just gave her attitude back. A massive queue built up and Jordan didn't speed up at all. When it finally got to me (my sub cold by this point) she slammed my requested salad all in the middle with no effort to distribute. Take a look at the photo to see how poorly made the sub is. It was impossible to eat normally.Then she went to charge me, dropped the knife and walked away to the back to get a new knife. I was left standing for 30-40 seconds with my sub ready to go but out of reach on the other side of the counter. Jordan came back and just started serving the next person. I got her attention and asked if I could have my sandwich, with a huff she genuinely flicked my sub towards me; just enough to reach, but no effort to hand it to me!Shocking behaviour. Won't be going back.

It's a subway...does what it says on the label. All fresh and delicious, staff were friendly even after a long day.

Everything about our order was messed up. Our two meal deals were both missing drinks and cookies as part of the order. On top of that, the footlong we ordered had the wrong sauce, wrong vegetables and the portioning was absolutely terrible. Completely drenched in the wrong sauce and overloaded with red onions as shown in the picture. For the second meal deal, our order had rock solid meatballs in the sandwich, making it completely inedible. We are baffled at how our order was messed up this badly, definitely do not recommend at all.

The staff were lovely but absolutely useless... can't blame them for that they obviously haven't been trained properly.... very poor hygiene practices..no hair nets... filthy t-shirts and aprons ...the girl serving me couldn't make coffee it took 3 girls to make one tea and one coffee.. chicken was still frozen...no Idea how we're not sick and also no idea how the place is open.. Avoid at all costs

The absolute worst experience I ever had in a Subway restaurant. In the middle of the day (02.01.2023, 11:34) the only veggies they had available were olives and pickles! This has to be a joke, how can you keep a branch open when you have not even 10% of the required ingredients? They had the audacity to not tell people this when starting to order (I personally supposed something was wrong with the freezer and they would bring veggies from the back or something but no - that was all they had available, olives and pickles) and charge the full price for the worst meal you could get at subway.Besides this, they messed up the sauce labels, I asked for sweet chilli and it was poured from a sweet chilli container but was actually smoky barbecue sauce.Also the store seats a grand total of 6 (SIX!) people at 3 tables and has no exterior seats reserved in the mall like all other establishments in there.Really looking bad for subway.

Ordered a Italian bmt, pig & blankets & meatballs, only thing I’d ate that day and I’m not in hospital suffering severe food poisoning also forgot to mention staff wearing crocs exposing their feet & slipping feet out to itch while making my sandwich

Went today and lunch with my daughter will certainly not be back after 30 mins of eating her lunch it was all brought back up poor girl had not stopped being sick staff are useless don’t listen so avoid will. It be back in again

Absolutely awful service..repeated order several times..staff very unappoachable and could hear staff complaing in the back.. hardly any food on wrap ..wont be back had manager been available I would have spoke direct

First time I was there at 5pm and told they had no bread, funny for a sandwich shop. Today I spent 15mins in a queue of 3 persons ahead of me and still did not get served as I had to run to catch my train. For a busy station there should be more staff as the single member was struggling.

The sever max took about 10 minutes to serve one person , and gave me and my friend dirty looks and we asked to use our points to take money off and we scanned it but no money was take off
