The subway at the gyle shopping centre in Edinburgh is the worst. I ordered the steak cheese and green peppers on tiger bread worh tomatoes as add on too and the meat had mener seen a steak 8n its life,the whole roll was soggy and they left out the cheese and green peppers so all got was what looked like cat food with the tomatoes on a soggy tiger roll and not to mention the whole thing was bland like ot had just been taken out from the freezer and then wrapped after quick defrost. Worst take away ever. So gutted as was so looking forward to a nice lunch. I paid just under £14 for a dogs dinner. If I had a dog after that experience, I'd never even give it to a dog. I'd give no stars as was that bad if was an option. Never again!

Scott was a true credit to Subway, as he was polite, cheery, helpful and very friendly. Lunch was good too, and would recommend anyone passing through the Gyle to stop off here.

The service was terrible, the staff was so rude, I was treated badly. The face masks were not worn over the nose. And what was the most embarrassing, one of the staff, the man was intoxicated, which you could feel. It was felt by me and another person who was ahead of me in the line. I don't know who could let it happen. Shame on the subway

Rude staff, threw my food on the counter for me to pick up when my arm was outstretched for her to hand it to me. Sandwich just thrown together and the bread was ripped. Never had this service from any other subway before. Shocking.
