If I could give a 0 star I would food came with stuff I never ordered . Chips were under cooked and still frozen in the middle some people don’t belong near food and who ever was on shift on 05/01/2024 at 6 pm doesn’t belong near a oven absolutely

Left the shop in tears because of how horrible a staff member was to me. When I walked in she just stared at me like I was the worst thing on the planet and told me to make it quick over and over as I was telling her my order. The boy working with her was lovely and seemed apologetic of the way she was speaking to me. The girl was making comments about me under her breath and again as I was telling her coworker the rest of my order she interrupted again to say “ I told you already, we are very busy” even though I was simply telling him my order and nothing else. Was caught completely off guard and have never left a shop crying before, so humiliated.

I am utterly disappointed with my recent experience at Subway. It was a complete disaster from start to finish, and I am compelled to share my frustration. I placed an order for a simple lunch through their app, thinking that I could enjoy a convenient and satisfying meal. Little did I know that my expectations were about to be crushed.Upon receiving my order, I was immediately struck by the absence of not one, not two, but a whopping nine items that I had specifically requested. It's not like I ordered a complex masterpiece – just a few sandwiches and sides. Is it really too much to ask for a basic level of competence in fulfilling a customer's order?The sandwich artist (if you can even call them that) seemed to have overlooked the fact that I was a paying customer who deserved to receive the items I had paid for. It's not rocket science to put together a sandwich with the requested ingredients, yet it appeared to be an insurmountable challenge for them.The frustration of having to deal with this blatant incompetence is immeasurable. I had to use their slow app and place my order, and then wait again, only to find out that my order had been carelessly botched. Not only did I waste my time and money, but I was also left hungry and disappointed.The saddest part is that I have been a loyal customer of Subway for years, hoping that they would live up to their reputation. However, this experience has shattered any remaining faith I had in their ability to provide even the most basic level of service.It's safe to say that I will be thinking twice before ever setting foot in a Subway again. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly recommend steering clear of this establishment. The incompetence and lack of attention to detail that I experienced are inexcusable, and I sincerely hope that others can avoid such a frustrating ordeal.

I think it's blasphemous to even call this a Subway. I ordered my lunch, looking forward to a scrumptious meal and it took way too long! The order was appalling, missing ingredients and the ones that were there had been shoved in and everything was a dripping mess. I don't want a soggy sandwich. If I did I would ask my wife to make me one! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS (and I shudder to even use this word) RESTAURANT!!!!!

I’m utterly appalled by the treatment my subway has given me I’ve never felt so Ill before, this subway I swear has uncooked and out of date food.These chains deserve to be shut down and taken of the face of the earth absolutely appalling and to call themselves sandwich experts is a waste of time

This is the worst subway I've been too, the staff are very poorly trained and unwelcoming and can't follow simple instructions, hopefully the manager sees this and does something about it till then I'm not going back.

Great food ! Kerris was amazingly helpful . Fantastic staff and service as always .Vegetarian options: Fantastic selection of vegan friendly vegetables and also some other options as well but the veggie supreme is truly a class aboveKid-friendliness: Not really a sitting area available but staff are always happy to accommodate where they canParking: Middle of leith walk. Parking is free and easy to find a spotWheelchair accessibility: Ground flop with no steps . Staff are also happy to come to he door if there are specific needs or requirements .Dietary restrictions: Gloves are changed regularly by subways standard and they uphold a fantastic dietary requirement and allergen awareness clearly labelled and available to customers upon request.

Couple of days ago my friend got me coffee from this store while i was outside on a phone call, he came out and handed me over the cup i took a sip and he told me that the stirrer is inside the cup its better if you take it out so that you don’t hurt your mouth, to do that when I opened the lid, and i found an insect stuck to the inside of the lid, i was shocked to see that, however i went back to the store and got refund just for my coffee also showed them their service and the amount of focus they’re putting towards their job and shows the level of hygiene your foods prepared in, absolutely disgusting
