Absolutely shocking. Nothing left on the menu by mid-day, staff kept speaking to each other over the food as they prepared it and when we finally attempted to eat the food, which wasn't cheap for the rubbish provided; it was some of the worst standard sandwiches, baguettes, fast food we've ever ordered, anywhere. Not edible. Terrible standards. Terrible food compared to what Subway used to provide its customers. Avoid.

This is a bad Subway, although a lot of them seem to be rubbish now…. brown lettuce… hygiene practices seem very poor, employees not wearing gloves and/or changing gloves between handling meat/dairy etc - which isn’t good for those with severe allergies… anyway on this occasion these weren’t my issues… When I arrived there was only one member of staff on shift… I had asked for something which was new on the menu - to which the staff member said that they didn’t know how to make because they were a new employee. Fair enough. I then asked for a sub from the regular menu - nope, this one also they didn’t know how to make ( not their fault - but you’d think they’d have been left some kind of instructions or cheat sheet if they were on their own with minimal training?!) ANYWAY was asked to choose again, finally was able to make this one - plain chicken and salad sub… Ordinarily I wouldn’t have bothered continuing with my order but I was cold, tired, soaked from rain and hungry. Subway standards seems to have dropped in most branches these days however IMO… and essentially when you pay £6-£8 for a sandwich you’d expect it to be good :(

Wrapper stuck to the wrap had to get it re made then when I got it back it was a square parcel with no sauce instead of a wrap won't be back at that subway again

I stormed out today because the staff were standing around doing nothing. There were 3 of them and nobody else in the line, but they ignored me. Totally rude and unprofessional service so never going back.

Went in and stood at counter4 staff attending the previous customer - an oven problem?Nearest had his back to me. A few minutes later, the 2nd nearest saw me & said nothing, did nothing. Maybe a minute later, the nearest turned round, saw me & turned back.I LEFT!!!!!
There was barely any communication, staff are rude. Need to be retrained on customer service as there are none!! Won't ever go backI would have bought a drink and crisps but I decided against it so just took the sub and left.

Ordered ham and cheese 6 inch then when got to paying he said no ham left just cheese hardly any cheese on it got a drink too and ran out when pressed fill button then went to pay paid cash then 10 mins later still waiting on change they went into back looking for change then asked if I wanted buy something else they eventually gave me my money I won't be back not a good subway

Ordered a footlong chicken sub. I asked for salt and pepper and directed to a dispenser with small satchets of salt and pepper, this meant that I had to completely unwrap the sub, prise it open and sprinkle the salt and pepper and then try to reassemble it, it never worked out, it just started to fall apart.I have never been to a subway or sandwich establishment , before, where you have to put salt on yourself. Very poor service.
