I visit the fort kinnard restaurant, and me and my girlfriend order 2 burger , i order thr one with 2 patty and my girlfriend a cicken one .My girlfriend one whas not hot and juicy but lukewarm and dry , my whas very dry and the burger whas very dark color .Once the waitress come i tell her we don't like the quality of the food ( she whas very nice ) and the manager come few minute after , apparently surprise about our complaint ( I don't really undestain but I think she whas in the kitchen making food ) and when I tell her the food don't look and taste maked at the moment , the answer whas whas freshly made , i still don't think is true but ok , also i tell her whas black burn stuff in the cheese, and the answer whas again as she see the food and whas not as I say .Aniway.After she get , we don't want eat, and off course i dont want to pay for the food, in my opinion not acceptable, but anyone are different, maybe she like , i don't know, the manager take our food in a very strange way , no sorry, nothing, make feel us guilty because we dont accept 2 burger , priced about 20/23 pound each one , at the standard they present in our table .We just pay for the drink ( coke whas bad , also , not gas inside , but ok ).My complaint are not because the food quality ( very poor this time , and I visit several times restaurant from same company , and normally i got not problem )but because I dont really like the way the manager manage my complaint.Once we left the restaurant, the waitress whas very nice with us , the only good point in this experience.I try to put the burger picture but I don't found the way to do

Went here with my sister before a concert at the queen's Hall. We waited 35 mins for our food. It came out freezing. Both were sent back. We had waited long enough for our food and for it to come out like that was a disgrace. Will never go back to another TGIs again. Prices are shocking

Dinner in last night, pretty hungry, ordered Friday chicken wings and steak, chicken wings is just warm with cold in middle. Steak was asking well done, then it came medium rare and very chewy. I couldn’t eat it and left it. Very bad……

I was there today. And now I read the opinions hehe and I don't agree with them. Very nice service. Helpful . The food is warm and good. Waiting is standard with such a number of guests and you need to be aware of it. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back. Agnieszka .

Navada our server was really great, food was okay and would have preferred to have been sat in area away from the chilly breeze coming through the front door and happy noisy bairns (suppose we could have asked).

Called in for food before a film, we ordered chillichanga, it was not good, I sent mine back as it was cold, got replacement that had been microwaved however was not charged but tasteless with wife's being burnt black underneath, staff were good and polite.Sadly these places are churning out food that's just rubbish at excessive prices

Last minute decision to nip for tea whilst Christmas shopping! Great service from the second we walked in the doors! We were seated quickly and drinks order was taken whilst we looked over the menus! Our server was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome and comfortable! Made the difference having someone so nice and friendly, willing to have a conversation rather than just taking orders and serving! The food was amazing but the service certainly shone through and made our evening more pleasant! Thank you so much and we will definitely return soon

Everything was fab, great place for kids and our server Navada was particularly attentive and friendly!

Terrible from the minute we walked in. Waited 30 minutes to be even looked at by a waitress. On explaining my daughter was coeliac I was asked ‘she is celeriac?’. She said a manger would need to take my daughter’s order (which is fine) but she didn’t get the manager and we waited again. The restaurant is grubby with a pile of rubbish (cardboard boxes etc on the table next to us. They then brought the mains but no cutlery and waited again, for the cutlery. The plates from the mains again sat for ages so we eventually gave up waiting to order dessert and left. Food was average.

Always been a tgi Fridays fan, Cajun chicken pasta was always my favourite so I'm glad it's come back! The kids eat free is great for us. One complaint, was in the restaurant today and there was a great big Labrador dog in the restaurant! I didn't think dogs were allowed in a more expensive eatery?! There was no indication of it being an assistance dog either, just a plain dog, not good!!

The worst meal and experience ? staff was young and inexperienced. Waited for service. Finally had to flag waitress down. Over cooked shrimp appetizers arrived, then within minutes our cold mains arrived. Manager was sympathetic, saying the got ahead of themselves. Saw almost every dish sitting under the hot lamps for a long, long time. Very confused staff

Had a late lunch on a Saturday with family. After a slow start where we had to wait 20 minutes before a server came to take our drinks order, and the service improved greatly. Chiara was fantastic with all the customers I saw her serve (all the tables at the front of the restaurant). She was bubbly, good with the kids and adults alike, and very attentive. The food was good, but I felt there could have been more choices, maybe some fish choices. The atmosphere was good, except for the playing of Christmas songs in November ?!! All in all, for a first visit, it has made me note it for a second visit.

Great place that I've been going to for many years. Both servers we had were lovely and the food was delicious. Had barely any wait time and got multiple refills of our drinks without needing to ask. Only critique was the food was slightly overcooked for my liking but I still

Ordered burgers and they looked poor. Visually one of the worst ever seen. Taste 2.5/5. Chicken inside burned. Bad experience for money spent. Higher prices, quality down. Not the same place as it used to be.

An absolute waste of money... £20 for 7 small pieces of chicken, old lettuce, and burnt fries... staff did nothing but offer an additional 20-minute wait for more fries...Even my 8-year-old complained that his food was "disgusting". We will not be back or recommend anyone to waste their money here... McDonald's is better quality!
