Visited on 26th March. 4 stars based on quality of food and initial greeting at the door by two lovely friendly ladies. Served by Giovanni who was attentive at first. We ordered a starter, our main courses and drinks but as soon as we said we didn't want sparkling water or order wine he seemed to lose interest. We were not offered any more drinks. Then when we got the bill we had been charged for the drinks for the next table. We received an apology from the person who brought the bill but no other goodwill gesture. 12.5% service charge was a little steep for a table of two. Would think twice about returning.

Excellent food and drinks and a gorgeous atmosphere. The service could be better. We did not feel very welcome unfortunately.

Had afternoon tea here with champagne. We had the Ivy brand champagne and tea. Both were great picks. The tea tower has plenty of food for two and it was all fresh. We greatly enjoyed it.

Absolutely delicious mushroom soup as a starter! For main course I had the steak tartare. It was beautifully prepared and presented. The taste was amazing, I appreciated the combination of different flavors in the dish. However, tartare should never be served with chips! Good quality bread would be much more suitable. Overall, really great food and wonderful service, with one suggestion changing the chips to bread to serve with the tartare.

Amazing food, the service is fast and funny. And the Ambience reminds me of a bar from the 80's.

My son took me for a mother's day treat. We chose the mothers day menu which was a set menu. A few of the dishes were not available which is fair enough being a busy mothers day. The starter was awful so bad I thought I was going to be sick. Cheese souffle with pesto. Main dish came 1 sirloin steak no veg we ordered chips which were the best I've tasted tbf. Dessert cane 6 bite size doughnuts 2 of which were overdone and hard in the centre. Waste of my sons hard earned money. 140 which had a service charge. Big disappointment

Brilliant set menu. Food was so tasty and generous amount. Beautiful setting. Sat quite close to others admittedly, however lovely place to go.

Wij hebben heerlijk gegeten! Zijn zeer goed geholpen, door super professioneel personeel. Onze tafeldame heeft ons goede keus en advies gegeven. Zeker met het dessert: Magisch ?‍♀️

Anywhere that chills the beer glasses gets my vote. I didn't use the toilets so can't comment upon them.

Loved the place, the food and service. Ordered fish and chips - very tasty, and for dessert a choice of three ice‐cream/sorbets, which were so natural, smooth - heaven! The place is popular, make sure you book a table in advance!

I am wheat free and Roberto helped me choose. The food was really very good. I had hamburger with wheat free bread. My friends had fish and chip. We had deep fried zucchini to share (yummy)Service was great and Roberto was funny and kind. No rush for us to leave which was great as it was a catch up.We have been a couple of times but when the food is good and the service is even better why go anywhere else . Thank youDietary restrictions: They do have a choice of gluten free.
