Nice quaint cafe with great food ◡̈ Especially the chicken schnitzel - mushroom cream sauce made it super tasty and the chicken has a crunch and is not dry. The pancakes were great - if you like dense pancakes, this would be for you.We ordered 3 drinks and 4 mains at the price of £50.

My wife and i were visiting Edinburgh from Arizona in the U.S. while it was only a short walk from the bus. It was the most delightful of family run restaurants we have experienced in a long time. The owner is gregarious and so welcoming. Everyone that came in, he was shaking their hand and welcoming them in to the new year . It was a true home like feeling . Really awesome, while we only had breakfast it was all delicious, the coffees were so much richer then from a chain store, the breakfast was beyond reproach, fresh natural ingredients , the sausages and mushrooms were succulent and quite amazing. We wish we could transport the owner and his establishment to the US, but unfortunately we don't own a Tardis.

Very nice little neighborhood café. It's a change from the big chains. We had breakfast twice. People are very nice and helpful. Hearty and good.

I cannot recommend enough! They have a lovely variety of food that is delicious and great value for money - so many options too! The staff and owner are all very helpful and friendly - always make you feel at home. The cafe itself is very cozy and clean - by far my favourite place in town. Highly recommend!

A lovely cafe with great food (and also a great price)❤️My very first time having Cous Cous, and this was a good experience. It’s mildly seasoned but still flavorful. There are many veggies and chicken in the rice (but the chicken is quite chewy) Salad is so fresh, I love it so much? The pitta bread is also perfect in every single way!*This is quite a big portion of the meal (with so MANY fries)This is a good place for reading or working! The cafe is quiet and there are sockets under most of the tables.Overall, this is a cafe I would definitely recommend!

Great cappuccino and lots of different varieties. Was actually a nice place to go and sit which isn't too far from Arthur's Seat. Most of the coffee shops I walked past were full of tourists. It was refreshing to find this place for a nice quiet coffee and chill.
