The Wee Greek Kitchen is wonderful. Great food and wine, and a charming proprietor with hidden talents. Do try it!

Food came cold, mushrooms that were paid extra are so tine there's almost nothing in the box! The chips were so soggy and drowned in oil. The potatoes weren't even finished. Never again.

Everything you expect from an authentic, family run Greek restaurant. Delicious food, fantastic service and great atmosphere. Wholly recommend the Apaki starter and Moussaka insanely good! Can’t wait to go back to try more of the menu!

A beautiful restaurant. A real family enterprise. It feels like a little old Greek restaurant has been transplanted into Edinburgh. The food is really delicious, and has a much more interesting menu than your typical British-Greek restaurant. The staff/owners are super friendly and really care about the food. There is also a fantastic selection of Greek wine available.Vegetarian options: It traditional Greek food, so there is plenty of meet on the menu. However, there are lots of delicious veggie starters, and 2 veggie mains, so there is plenty to choose from and it's all really good.Kid-friendliness: Have seen big Greek family meals here, with all the kids along. The staff are lovely with the kids.

The combination of a laid back ambience with the lovely service and the amazing food makes this little hidden gem an amazing find. A lovely little pocket of Greece in Edinburgh! The live music that was playing when we visited was also an amazing touch, all the classics were represented, it really felt like an evening out in a tsipouradiko in Athens.

The food was as good as anything I've had in Greece, perhaps with the exception of availability of great salad ingredients in an Edinburgh winter. Service was excellent. This is a real gem, well worth a visit.

Great place: unpretentious, delightful staff and delicious food. The painted ceiling and the replica cave paintings in the toilet are worth the trip! Excellent Greek coffee with cardamom too.

Friendly and helpful staff coupled with great food is a 5/5 for me. When I ordered the octopus starter I was told that I would not have tasted any octopus like this. He was right beautifully tender octopus in a deep rich sauce. Just plain delicious. Followed that up with the beef lemonato. Big chunk of fall apart on the fork beef in another unctuous sauce. Deserts of baklava for one and Greek yogurt for the other finished the meal perfectly. Some wines I’d not tried before on the list. The one we tried was great. All in all a great experience.

Really lovely small family run restaurant. Great service, great food. Fava bean dish for starter was great. As was the baclava and the orange cake. Highly recommended.
