Stopped off by chance as a break in our journey from Scotland to visit friends in North Yorkshire. What a find! Lovely ambiance, drawing you in with a warm greeting and service to match. The food was superb with some unusual choices - all ideal as a quick snack to complement your tea or coffee. We chose the Stem Broccoli and Gorgonzola Tart (quiche) with a Toasted Caponata Ciabatta options to share between the two of us - superb. Highly recommended and worth waiting for a table if busy as they are super efficient. It really is rare to find such a standard in a small coffee shop. Show your support to a great family business by going away from the harbour to the back streets and you will not regret it.

We visited this cafe today...Wow, it's amazing, food and drinks were great, paninis and carrot cake mmmm, and the lady took a real shine to our granddaughter of 4 months.. she took hold of her and went walking round showing all the customers. she was fantastic ? thank you for your friendly and lovely service...We will be coming back again xBest place in eyemouth,We left with smiles on our faces

We had been based in Eyemouth for seal-watching and came across this beautiful hidden gem. The food was incredibly delicious, the owners were so kind and friendly and the ambiance was wonderful. We were here in December and the café had a cozy little fireplace. It was one of the nicest café experiences we've had, you must visit it here. We can't wait to go back.

I shall so miss this place!REALLY lovely people friendly kind and a genuie happiness to passing strangers. One of the nicest restaurants I have ever been in.Food is first class you really must try the lobster chibatta and a cheesecake to die for!I personally could stay there all day just watching the world go by with amazing food good strong espresooo and happy company.This truly is a gem in eyemouth if you don't pop in then you have missed out on a perfect place.Vegetarian options: Vegan options

Called in for coffee and cake after reading reviews, we were not disappointed, great service friendly staff, perfect food , I had an iced coffee with a delicious muffin and my husband had soup of the day and flapjack with a coffee , everything is homemade and is beautiful

What a fabulous place! The owner is SO friendly and chatty, and created a cafe full of warmth and ambience. We even got to learn a little more about Eyemouth. The food is delicious - we had the mozzarella and courgette jam panini & the caponata and mozzarella panini. Both were so delicious. The real star was the miso caramel flapjack, it was stunning! We were only passing through but would love to come here again!

Was super excited to get a nice coffee here as I had heard great things. The coffee is lovely which is a shame as I did not appreciate how I was treated by staff.Fair enough it was a bit awkward as I had to wait outside with my dog as not dog friendly..But for 2 coffees to take over 15 mins I simply asked the lady “how long will it be? I am in a bit of a rush!” Which was met with a rather aggressive “there’s other people before you”. I said I know I understand it’s just been a while - no reply and the door was then shut in my face.Then the apparent owner brought out the coffees, he almost shouted at me “are you working today?” like sorry what has that got to to with me asking how long it will be? Weird way to treat paying customers.

Absolute gem of a place! The coffee was incredible and the baked New York cheesecake was divine. Service was superb - so friendly and welcoming. We were only doing a morning stop, but the sandwiches and savoury menu looked amazing. Would highly recommend and only wish they were local to me!
