My family and I come down here every single year and I think this is the first time we’ve ever tried this cafe, and I’m so glad we did! I ordered one of the best burgers I’ve ever had in my life— the Italian burger— and everyone enjoyed their food so much that we’re already planning a trip back to Eyemouth just to come here. Fantastic little cafe that deserves more recognition, with absolutely amazing service and even better food. It deserves 5 stars for everything!!

As I heard a young diner say today "this is the best cafe in the world!" It really has all you could wish for in a cozy local spot: tasty, filling lunches made fresh to order, hearty breakfasts, efficient service, music on low volume playing hits from the 70's and 80's, reasonable prices and no waiting time. We've eaten two of our three meals in Eyemouth here and plan to return tomorrow morningVegetarian options: There's a veggie breakfast and you can order omelets or french toast. At lunch there was a veggie quiche of the day and several other options without meat.Dietary restrictions: The menu is pretty extensive and the gluten free options are indicated. Since it's freshly prepared, there's some flexibility on what's included. There's signage about food allergies so they appear to be sensitive to that.Kid-friendliness: Kiddie menu and plenty of families lunching here. The tables are quite close together but it wasn't entirely full when we wentWheelchair accessibility: There are 2 shallow steps down to enter from the street

My friend has been on at me to try the takeaway Sunday lunch and he wasn't wrong juicy tender beef, pork and chicken ( I opted for duo pork n chicken although hindsight says opt for beef next time). Picked up ready at ordered time with fantastic service. Will definitely be revisiting.

Just pop in for quick bite after a visit to Berwick upon Tweed, wasn't disappointed, friendly welcoming staff, good choices, nice lunch time menu, also do breakfast and main meals, will definitely return, and recommend....
