Waited ages for menu waited ages for food ( toast and eggs) toast and plate were stone cold then was almost finished before coffee finally came out…. Waitress said they were busy with just eat orders !!!!!!! So to summarise go into this place wait for them to deal with just eat before you get your order ….. wasn’t

The coffee was lovely. I had a tray bake which was a bit dry. The icing on top very sweet. My husband had a canoli which was tasty. Very busy coffee shop which is good to see but very warm no open windows.

Excellent food, everything was top notch & plentiful. Great Deli & Bakery. Focaccia sandwich with Parma ham, delicious, all day breakfast and avocado toast with salmon & feta absolutely fantastic!

Will never go back after our visit on 10/8 3 of us ordered panini's, one was cheese/ham and when it arrived it had tuna on the bottom,I took this back to THE MANAGER who was extremely rude and just kep smirking and was told I should have mentioned my granddaughter had a fish allergy!! No way is that right as we eat out out loads and never have to mention the allergy when ordering something that doesn't include fish! This was totally unacceptable as the fault was due to negligence in the kitchen!!! but her and her colleague were totally agressive blaming us and not once was an apology given!!! I asked what was happening and she said she had spoken to the OWNER, who never even showed face! I told her I wanted a print out if what I had ordered and she told me I would have to wait till she was ready, I told her so much for the customers always right, and was told the customer is not always right!! I was treated terribly by an incident that was totally no fault of mine, and not once did she apologise which is very bad customer service, we also ordered a latte which never appeared, and was told I should have told them, again no apology given, staff in this place need training on customer service and manners, totally disgusted and will never be back!!

Friendly staff, great food and particularly good coffee, the floret in top of mine was perfect ?? We visit here regularly and always have the same welcome, consistent quality of food and coffee.

We ordered 2 sets of breakfast plate (traditional and veggie) 2 sets of pancakes (nutella and fresh fruits) and cheezy fries, everything was delicious. They have a huge selection of desserts too we are so glad we found this place on our way to the kelpies

Love it here for breakfast, service can be a bit slow sometimes but the food is always worth it. The full breakfast is delicious and the staff are happy to add or change ingredients to suit your tastes which I'm always grateful for! Coffee is also class here. Would be nice to try other foods but the breakfast options are so good I've never tried anything else ?

Must admit I am fairly disappointed by the service we received yesterday. I have been here plenty times before but after yesterdays debacle I don’t think I will return.As it was a warm day, we sat outside and went in to order our breakfast. A cappuccino, a hot chocolate, a coke, 2 pancakes with bacon, and an eggs Benedict and paid when ordering (big mistake)We waited 20 minutes for our drinks, at this point I informed the girl at the counter that we had been waiting a while. She told us that it would just be coming. We waited another 10 minutes before she brought out the wrong drinks.The food then came a few minutes later, which in itself I cannot fault. The food was tasty.Another 5 minutes pass and the waitress brings out the hot chocolate, less cream and marshmallows, which we had paid for, and informed the waitress of.I asked at this point for a copy of the receipt, which never arrived even though we sat there for another 15 minutes finishing our drinks.Unfortunately this poor service was a huge let down on the delis part.

Has been a go to place for lunch in Falkirk for a while but has become painfully slow. We were in for Father's day lunch but waited almost an hour without food. The coffee and tea we had were finished and/or cold and still no food. The couple behind us waited 25 mins just to give their order and weren't best pleased either. After 40 mins we asked when it would be ready and were told was being made but 15 mins later we went to the counter to find that it wasn't even started! Eventually left without anything and went to McDonald's as we were by then starving! Food is normally very good but the service has become awful and is so, so slow. Not everyone has a couple of hours to order and eat lunch! Time to find somewhere else!

The service was the worst we have ever had in Scotland, too many customers not enough staff, served coffee after 20 minute wait, which was cold, had to ask where our food was after another 20mins and the answer was we are too busy, we choose to pay for coffee we had ordered and drank and left, certainly won’t be back
