“I cannot recommend Riggs enough, lovely place for a bite to eat and drink when you're in Falkirk but there is definitely a better experience if you're eating in, sort of place you enjoy your food at over running in and out. Food has always been lovely and the counter service means that you get a good look at all their cakes!”
