Lovely wee place just to sit down. Plenty of seats + additional seats downstairs. Toilets are available, and staff are always friendly and helpful. Drinks and food are usually very tasty!

Very cozy coffee shop just in the middle of Falkirk Town Centre ✨Not too crowded at all... very comfy ambience perfect for spending some time or doing some work...Spent £7/person, so of course very much affordable/student budget friendly..Very nice service overall... Staffs are amazing ✨

This Costa has a large downstairs seating area with power outlets for laptops. Internet caffes have vanished, but this is perfect.

Falkirk is home to a number of Costa coffee. This one is the easily the easiest to find in the center of Falkirk.Situated on two levels. There is a quick a comfortable atmosphere here.Staff and friendly and food and drink are nice

Coffee was ok staff were lovley. Very busy with barley any staff so there was some dirty tables. But they did get cleaned.

We don't ordinarily review chains, but in this instance our experience was particularly good. We were traveling through Falkirk and just wanted a place for some coffee and a quick bite. This location hit the spot. It was convenient and clean and the staff was pleasant and fast. We enjoyed our food in a warm setting and were on our way.

Was not in the shop today but was at local emergency services day for kids and we were queuing up outside this shop to meet ambulance staff, the staff came out with chilled water and free cake for all the parents and kids. Not many national companies would be so nice well done to whoever is running this branch a welcome act of kindness was very much impressed.
