I’ve ordered from here a few times and the food is normally overcooked and dry especially the chips. However I won’t be ordering from here again. This is the last time as tonight the food was overcooked, stone cold and the donner meat was all wee bits of rubbery meat. What was eaten had to be reheated. Then there was a can of juice missing. Any decent takeaway would send a replacement order but when I rang up to complain I get offered £10 off my next order when clearly I won’t be ordering from here again. Half of it went in the bin and the dog wouldn’t even eat it. Now my daughters on the toilet. Disgusting.

Ordered one texas bbq burger one plain double bacon burger got the texas burger right but the plain burger had cheese all over it and it was taken off and recooked will not use dhillions again

Absolutely shocking service. Ended up on toilet all night due to ill prepeared food. Phoned and spoke to manager, was met with lies. Do not eat here, be advised.

Absolutely shocking service , placed a order online money was taken out my bank but we didnt recieve food so then phoned to be told there was a problem at there end and i was told to order again and order was placed and money taken out againso made 2 payments for 1 order . So phoned to be told money would go back in account. 12 days later numerous calls to the shop to be told money was put in and this could take 14 days to clear. Lies lies lies i was a good customer used dhilliions couple of times a week but i certainly will not be using it again completely rude and lied every time we called .

This place used to be much better but has really gone downhill. Needs a good clean and tidy inside. Random boxes and stuff lying around behind the counters. The salad with the kebabs is old and soggy and all of the food is just generally pretty poor now. Don’t think I’ll ever be back here.

This place is the worst kebab that I have ever had. I came in and ordered a mixed meat kebab with out salad and sauce and a calzone kebab pizza. I received my order and taken it home and when I got home it was totally wrong ?? I got salad in the kebab and sauce and the meat in it was tasteless the calzone pizza wasn’t much better. In all honesty I would not buy anything from this place EVER.
Visited recently and was very disappointed and in fact disgusted with the hygiene. I found a black hair and all they said was it must of been yours! Avoid this place they are rude and dirty. Other reviews are similar so just stay away from this place. If I could give 0 stars I would

Food is excellent quality and delivery is extremely efficient. I had 2 pizzas, one of them being free due to the brilliant double up deal and a baked potato which was loaded with toppings,hot and fluffy just like you want it. My friend had a donner kebab and generous is an understatement when it comes to portion size in terms of value, absolutely packed with top quality donner and fresh salad in a soft pitta. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fast, good value, high quality meal and one of the best takeaways I've had in a while will definitely be a returning customer next time my belly is craving a good treat ?

Tonight we ordered a pizza, baked potato, and onion rings. 20 mins later the delivery arrives and a little boy standing at my door hands me a bent pizza box with the rest of food on top lodged in the bent box. Onion rings were hot, but as for the rest of it…the baked potato was not fresh and was cold and as for the pizza…it had clearly fallen / was crushed and the pizza toppings had slid of the side as well as stuck all on the top of the box! To top it off, it was cold!!! Phoned to complain and was told they need to see the pizza before any action and will then send another?!? Tried to say potato not cold and fresh when it was cold and old!! Nothing about the little boy who must’ve been no more than 11 years old.I said I wanted a refund - they insisted on seeing pizza. I ended up driving to the shop myself and gave them back the bloody pizza and baked potato. Nothing but excuses and not even a single apology among them - they were only interested in covering their backs. Seriously disgusting service. Never again use Dhillons in Falkirk!! Stay clear.

Awful!!! Called for a simple chicken korma and naan told me I’d ordereecjist chicken curry. They told me they would sort it time I got it home cold soggy naan/pakora and then my meal was still wrong a chicken tikka not a korma but when I called I was wrong that Infact my plate of tiki was definitely not wrong total joke wee boys running it without a clue or a care for customer service.
