I've never had an issue at this location ,go for Friday lunch quite a bit and it's always ready in time and hot. was in earlier today tho and there was the rudest lady talking to one of the staff... he was being as honest and helpful as he could be and she just couldn't be pleased.... Staff done a great job staying calm and repeating her order over and over as she kept demanding... She seemed annoyed that even if she ordered a pizza for 7 it may not be there at exactly 7 ( staff said 10 min either way) . id like her to know i ordered mine for 1, i was there for 5 to 1 and was 15 mins late getting my pizza solely¹ because of her... so things as you can see.. happen!! customers, get your act together, it's just pizza...Parking: Parking always available, 2 steps from the front door

The price is extortionate even with the deals and there’s no point paying £10 for a small when you have Zio G’s further up where the pizza is half the price and just as (if not more) tastyAnd2. They don’t even take cash

Absolutely terrible place, not only can’t they deliver your pizza hot but they can’t even have it hot for collection. Serious waste of time and money. Not recommended

I ordered a hawan pizza and chicken strippers. The food took over an hour to come bht when it arrived it was still warm to be fair The delivery driver also shouted and my dog and called it the spawn of the devil? What’s that about?

Customer service needs to be improved on the phone the way they hang up on customers is unbelievable, no sorry or anything, I’m actually debating if I should order from this one in the future.
