The menu has been changed, and I miss the bruchetta. Enjoyed the ceaser salad and partner had the steak, Had the meatballs to start with just be careful as no word in the description of it being spicy and it was covered in green

Normally I would give Frankie & Bennys 5/5 for sitting in, however we decided to order a delivery tonight and I am not impressed, placed the order at 5.40 and delivery was scheduled for half an hour to 45 mins which again is fine. Then the time changed ANOTHER 3 TIMES! Finally received our food at 7.30 almost 2hrs after ordering, the burger was dry, fries cold not a happy customer tonight guys... ?

Great food, great atmosphere. Can I just say that the service in this restaurant is sublime. One of the servers in particular, John Paul is such a fantastic and kind person. You can tell he has a passion for his work and it really shows in the service we receive. Even if he isn’t servicing us directly he will still come over and make sure we are comfortable. Man deserves a raise. :)

Had dinner here tonight and as usual we had a brilliant experience. JP is honestly an amazing server, probably the best server we have had in any restaurant. He is so friendly, attentive and amazing with kids, nothing is too much trouble. Always happy to chat. Our food was great, as it always is, music always good. Can’t recommend enough!!Kid-friendliness: Great restaurant for kids. Activity sheet and crayons provided and great kids menu.

Had a fantastic lunch here with my daughter. Jenny and John are the most welcoming staff I've ever experienced. So friendly helpful and nice it elevated this waaay above and chain restaurant ever. Felt like we were welcome guests in their house. Could praise them more. Garlic pizza bread was fantastic, but the arrabiata was a little watery. Still I would recommend this one. Such a good vibe
Had our daughter 13th birthday meal tonight. As soon as we walked in the guy ( sorry didn’t catch his name) was so welcoming, did everything he could possible to make sure our table & music was ok in the booth section ( our daughter is autistic & they were fantastic at accommodating her)
Both Ladies serving us were lovely, very friendly. Donna was fantastic, very friendly, made sure everything was ok for us. Food was excellent, really enjoyed our night. 10/10!! Most of all our daughter had a great time! Thanks again & see you all again soon!

Lovely young server but when she asked if we enjoyed our meal I had to be honest. NO, I didn't. This is an overpriced Wetherspoons that thinks its better than it is. Not a working kitchen so it's obviously shipped in and heated up. Food was bland and didn't even make an attempt to look appetising . Won't be back EVER !

Absolute garbage!! Trying to be as articulate as possible and finding it difficult to find a more appropriate word than 'garbage'. The prices are ridiculously high, the food tastes cheap. You're getting it so very very wrong now and customers won't put up with spending their hard earned money to be served high school canteen (at best!) 'micro measured' food ( I was informed by staff) when charging premium prices. How come Toni Macaroni can do it 100 times better for so much less £ ?? So disappointed and understand why we were the only family inside at tea time on a Thursday evening when the retail park was busy. Best avoided!!!
