Haven't been able to get an appointment in the last 6 months. having phoned three times I've been told that restrictions mean they can only see 20% NHS patients.
Conveniently they can see as many paying patients as they like, if you book a £50 hygienists you'll get your NHS appointment added on but otherwise it will be an undisclosed time until NHS patients are seen for a checkup. Medical treatment should not be prioritised by profitability.
I feel they do not care about their patients and its all about the money from private dental. My wife is at another local practice and had a checkup last summer, I work with others who have likewise had checkups elsewhere but not at Lint Riggs.

Great staff, always helpful, good selection and the seasonal items are always worth a try. Their response to the pandemic was fast and professional. They allowed threshold pick up during the height of the ongoing crisis.
