Just witnessed 2 lovely young ladies being thrown out by an atrocious, scruffy member of staff. They had just bought their meals and sat down chatting quietly, along comes the awful woman screaming at them to get out.I hope their parents hear of this and take appropriate action. I will never set foot in here again. Poor show KFC.

My daughter and her friend have just been in to purchase food after school finished and prior to their gym visit. They sat down to eat their meal, a staff member came up to them and advised them that they cant eat their food in the restaurant because they are school age and not accompanied by an adult, they would need to take their food outside! These are two 14 year old girls who have been allowed to purchase KFC food but they are unable to eat the food inside, I think that is absolutely shocking, so now they are having to eat their meal in the rain, I find this completely unacceptable that you have thrown my child out of your establishment. We will never be back to KFC, two quiet children wanting to enjoy a meal together and chat, because they have a school tie on they are thrown out, shame on you KFC! If this is policy then this is awful, the school day was over at 2.40pm!

Was waiting for shared bucket (16 pcs) for 30+minutes because deliveries had priority. Chicken pieces were greasy and potato dry and cold. Not first time experience.

No matter what time/day you order there's always something missing, last order it was 1 side this order it was a full meal,3 dips and 2 burgers were the wrong burgers. Blind leading the blind in that place. Can't get an answer on the phone so tough luck.

Always seems quiet whenever I visit with my sons. Good service, can order on the app and check-in, on in store screens or at the counter. Staff always helpful. However last couple of times my son's Boneless chicken has had pale and soft crumb coatings. Chicken is still cooked, but not the same crispy and dark brown coating that the rest of the food has. I didn't complain as my son wouldn't let me, but it would be nice if it was all cooked to the same standard.
The food was amazing and had some great deals. Very clean and tidy.

The food was good, but it took 15 minutes to get two desserts from ordering on the machine in the restaurant to getting served. Way too slow - the priority seemed to be the just eat/deliveroo orders and drive through not the customers stood in front of the counter.
