Couldn’t tell you about the food as never got served. Ordered but told would would put order through, staff too busy doing online orders. No communication, I asked after 5 mins waiting how long it would be and was told “after these 2 orders”. Really rude staff member and putting in shop orders behind that of online. Won’t be going back again that’s for sure.

Got a delivery tonight for dinner. The worst fish and chips I've ever eaten. Soggy, gluey batter on fish with no condiments as requested, chips rubbish. Most was fed to my dog and chips in bin. expensive mistake won't be repeated. Delivery was on time though. Lemetti was the best, its not half gone downhill. Very sad.

The people who serve in this establishment make it patently obvious they don't care at all about the people putting money into their wages (that would be customers) it really has put me off ever going back. Food was OK, fish tasty enough,

Was looking forward to my 1st fish supper in ages....got it home and opened it.....fish was very very greasy...batter just slid off the fish which wasn't the pristine white colour it should be.Chips were so undercooked to the extent that potato was still slightly crunchy....no colour at all to them either.Used to really like this place but certainly won't be back

Absolutely disgusting service from lemettis as I feel like I have been treated like a piece of dirt the 2 girls working in the shop on 28th of April 23 at 5.30pm should be sacked on the spot as thare customer service skills are apoling I had my food and change thorn at me and the prices are very expensive.

Gone down hill, used to be one of the best. Poor service, chips undercooked. Servers have fake nails, simply not hygienic.

28/07/22. The chips we picked up from 'Lemetti`s` last night were of shocking quality with just about every chip in the supper partially black and not fit for purpose. They are the worst chips we have ever had from any chip shop near and far. We will never use this outlet again.
