If i could give zero stars i would.Never use UBER EATS,still waiting on my delivery which i ordered and was delivered to another address?!!!I contacted them and they refused to give me a refund!!!Never again!!!

Yet again dips missing. 95% of the time pay for them and never receive them. Had chicken burger with no chicken just salad before. Just a couple of the many issues I've had. Seriously how hard is it to read an order and put the order in a bag??? Never have I ever came across a place so incompetent at giving you the order you pay for. Well lesson learned I'm done with this shambles of a place wont steal another penny from me.

I am utterly OUTRAGED!! My daughter ordered a cheeseburger, and was given a burger bun and cheese without the meat patty!! This is utterly ridiculous AND she was not given a refund, a new burger or ANY apology! This type of service is UNACCEPTABLE and I will NOT tolerate it! Utterly ridiculous. I will be phoning head office about this.

At least 4 times my order has either been stone cold after delivery or wrong tried going down to get it in shop to get home and in disbelief it had been microwaved couldn't believe it ,after a argument over phone promised myself never to go back But after being at a show in Glasgow last night I thought hungry try again (this was after months) OMG No change going through the drive through ordered crispy chicken got home opened it to find the roll was burnt black dried up lettuce nothing else an a bloody dried out spicy chicken that could have knocked a wall down well all to bin Black listed disgusting

Foods very good and quick, staff are excellent and polite , a would have gave mcdonalds a 5 star ,but the fries u dont need salt although you get it anyway, as the fries are absolute salty far to much and thats without puttin salt on them.
Complete revamp done recently. Much smaller counter area.Possibly more tables.

Food was delivered to the table quickly and it was all fresh and hot. Chelsea was a delight, friendly, and helpful and seemed to enjoy her job. Her utility apron with the ketchup packs was very inventive. She's a credit to the branch.

Don't order from mcdonalds app, especially for delivery. They'll get your order wrong, it will be freezing cold because the driver didn't put it in a bag and your only option to complain will be via uber (who you didn't order from) who will only offer to refund 1 fries at a price you didn't agree to pay for them.Neither uber nor mcdonalds seem to understand the very basics of contract formation or the consumer rights act 2015.
