If you could give 0 stars I would. Given the wrong burger to begin with and when asked the staff about it they said that’s what we had ordered and made us out to be in the wrong. Tried the burger anyways and it was raw in places and inedible, when questioning the staff about it they said it was the seasoning they use that causes this. Absolute rubbish! No sympathy either. Literally says on the menu “if you’re not 100% happy, we will refund you” which we made explicitly clear we were not happy with the burger. Another thing was the drinks, ridiculous amount of ice in the glass with like two sips worth inside the glass. No offer of a refund or discount, £40 down the drain! An absolute rip off.

Great service and friendly servers. Walked in with a party of 5 and were easily accommodated. Very mixed party including vegan, dairy allergy, omnis and all options were well catered for despite having some very specific requirements. The server checked on cross contamination requirements and the food was well presented and tasty. Cocktails decent price and very tasty too. Definitely be back and the server was much friendlier than last time, he had a laugh with us and Definitely improved the experience. Lizzie

The place itself is nice. However, the staff didn't seem best pleased at having to serve us (we were the only customers). In addition, the food was incredibly overpriced (£14.95 for a chicken burger and chips). The burger meat was small, and dry. Very disappointed especially given the price.

Terrible service food was a disgrace burgers were incinerated and we were so cold we wrapped jackets around us when we asked why it was so cold we were told they have to keep the fire doors open now surely fire doors must at all times be kept closed the entire experience was just terrible none of us will ever go back and my advice is steer clear as the staff were next to useless the food was awful and although there was snow on the ground it was warmer outside this place is a joke.
