Flowers are good valueThe florists are really good, very good with colour combinations and design. Orchids are particularly good value and long lasting.

I went to Morrisons Falkirk on 14/03/2024 around 3pm, the girl who works in the dessert section is nice and professional, sorry I forgot to check her name on the badge. I went for the mandarin sundaes that always sold out, but every time I asked her if there were any more sundaes available, she always offered to make some for me, this is the third time she made sundaes for me, so I started shopping at Morrisons instead the other store.BTW, I also went to Morrisons in Livingston the other day asked for Mandarin sundaes and got "No" with a cold face.

Why have a system where you need to have a table number before you order hot food? You are on your own you pick a table number you order food by the time you get served someone gas sat at your table great order system! Why can't you do what you used to do and just take the order and give us a number! Also why place a plate of jam doughnuts right by the till uncovered where everyone is going to be able to touch them and leaning over them! Why are they put there? Not much choice of cakes on display and this was at 12.30. Unfortunately lately my experience of morrisons cafes wherever I go seems to be getting worse.

Large store with lots of free parking. Staff within the store are incredibly helpful and friendly, had an issue when I was in the store and the service i received was top drawer. Recommended

This is my experience walking in collecting a "too good to go" surprise bag.First of all I want to say that the application's goal is a good cause wanting to minimise food waste across the UK. Shops instead of throwing out the food that is due to expire the next day can be bought for a very cheap price combined in a bag. That is not the case with this shop, but I'll get to that later. Here I am walking in with my mother to collect, I see the front tills and two members of staff, so I walk up, greet and say that "I am here to collect a surprise bag". Immediately staff lady looks at me and without even saying anything she walks off. Making me and my mother feel very unwelcome. So I walk up to the other lady and say the same. I have been giving a lesson on what should I do and not do when I am picking up a bag like I am a toddler, even though I have swiped to collect as soon as I started talking to her and seeing a full cart of surprise bags. After inspecting what was in the bag, I was shocked. All the products that are supposed to be in the bag would need to be expired the next day, unfortunately they were either expired a day before and some of them by two. Upon further looking into the bags, those items have already been priced very low. Two breads for about 25 pence, raspberries that were 50 pence and 2 packets of cookies which were about 50 pence each. Counting it it didn't even match the price of the surprise bag. This right here shows that a corporation and it's staff are taking advantage of a good cause movement, by packing the items that no longer supposed to be in those bags not even amounting to the price of the whole thing. If I paid for those separately I'd have to pay 2 Pounds instead of 2 Pounds Fifty Pence.Shame on you Morrisons and staff. I used to be a frequent customer because of the shops products, I always knew the staff weren't all that great but because of the first reason I used to shop a lot.Now all of that has changed, I will never step foot in a shop that treats their customers badly, takes advantage of good causes, ripping people off just to get richer, another corporation not caring about regular working people.1 out of 10.

Discover the ultimate budget-friendly destination for your grocery needs, where you can even place online delivery orders. Notably, certain items are more cost-effective compared to major supermarket chains like Tesco and Sainsbury's. Embrace both affordability and convenience at this go-to spot for your everyday essentials.

This has been my go to supermarket for years but not anymore. i've been contemplating stopping going here for a few months due to staff attitude, particularly the woman on checkouts and customer service. I think some should consider retiring as their attitude stinks. The final straw came as I was using the self check out (didn't want to go the rude person on the till) and I couldn't help but hear 3 members of staff talking about a customer who had left the store. These woman should be more professional and take a look at their own attitude before talking about others.I see that others before me have commented of staff rudeness, probably the same staff members.
