Ordered delivery from here tonight, 1 hour 20 passed and I called in to see where it was, was told it was with the driver, 45 minutes later and still no sign, called back to be told its definately with the driver, right at that moment he appeared, food was cold and missing the curry sauce, will definately not be using them again

Never buy from this place unless you want to wait 2 hours for a stone cold dinner. Waited 2 hours for it and they still couldn't get order right. 20 pound down the toilet and they also forgot my curry sauce. Avoid at all costs absolute shams.

A brilliant restaurant with delicious food, great service and wonderful staff. Menu prices were very reasonable with large portions, even the small portion was plenty. Would highly recommend!!

Appalling waste of money. Order was wrong. The fish supper had a tiny piece of fish, all batter. Don’t recommend.

Best fish tea in Falkirk. Husband and I took Grandkids and we all loved it. Everything freshly made, lovely salad and coleslaw came with fish and chips. Nice cup of tea, only downside was little cartons of milk not fresh milk but can live with that. Bread and butter came with meal too. Great value for money, staff were nice and didn't have to wait long. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

Was the last order of the night, Monday at 7.30pm. the food is usually fine and I would rate it good, but tonight not sure if it was so close to closing, the chips were okay but the pizza was very greasy and the special fish was terrible. It was like a Skelton of a fish, not the usual quality I would expect from here. Everything is expensive now but when you treat yourself and pay a premium and not to receive decent food then it's not on. Won't be buying from here.

I love this place. The staff are lovely, very hard working team. Food is good quality and you definitely get what you paid for. We have sat in to eat as well as delivery, never disappointed. I recommend the fish tea! Prices are the best of any chippy in Falkirk! An elderly gentleman took a turn when my grandson and I were visiting. The staff were first class helping him and got in touch with his daughter. The young girl told me she's emergency trained...this is a huge plus as I have elderly relatives who visit here and know they will be taken care of if it comes to them needing assistance medically.Kid-friendliness: With it being quite a big place inside, there's booth type seating at the window and couches down the wall. Children are made welcome and child portions/menu are available. Slushy drinks machine for them too!Wheelchair accessibility: Its a wide door entrance and has no stairs.

Fish and chips x 2...I think I was last customer of the evening and both dishes slightly underdone. Chips a little hard and pale and the fish batter was still a little uncooked. If these things had been ok the takeaway would have 5 * as the fish was fresh and
