I found on visiting Falkirk that all the eateries I passed appeared to close at 10pm or before so was welcome finding this place still serving, some original pizzas with various Indian curries available as a topping. Pleasant and chatty

First order was collection, perfect. Food is decent however service is awful.My last order was a delivery and had missing items & they argued with me over the phone and called me a liar.Tried to order again and after 45 mins they cancelled my order. Cancelled three orders now. I’ll just go elsewhere now.

When our order didn’t arrive after 2 hours we phoned and they said they didn’t receive our order from scoffable. On contacting scoffable they said that our order had been manually accepted by spice of life and a 40 min delivery time given. They’ve obviously lost our order and trying to blame it on scoffable. Will never use them again.

Disgusting customer service. They obviously have a well rehearsed routine for when a Just Eat customer calls to complain about an order not being received. Place should be shut down. AVOID!!

Went into shop got told 25minutes for delivery waited two hours guy arrived couldn't find the address shouted to him at door is that my delivery just got in car and drove phoned shop got told it would be another 5 minutes waited another 20 minutes phoned to cancel wasn't happy bit I'm not paying for cold food won't be going back poor service just be honest if your are busy

Despite enjoying the food when everything goes well, this shop is consistently very late with orders (2+ hours wait) and never give any warning. Then every time you phone to ask where it is they lie and say it’s just left or 5 minutes away just to get you off the phone. This alongside recently never receiving the correct order has really brought this place down in my opinion. Good arrives cold and always requires a reheat. It’s not like we’ve ordered at unusual times either, standard dinner time. It’s a shame as it’s got potential but if they’re struggling with the amount of orders then they either need to take less or increase their staff/delivery drivers rather than consistently disappoint.

Absolutely disgusting cold and soggy food, called to complain and ask for money back, and was told I would get it back that night. Still waiting, they are re basically thieves, and should not even be In business. They even employ staff who chuck bottles at a war memorial when they get kicked out if the village pub. Disgraceful humans and should not be in businessVegetarian options: Baked potato
Not been here for a few months always enjoyed food from here this time only ordered pakora lge absolutely shocking was like having a packet off crisps I had 2 wife 1 then bucket shocking give this place a miss thought guy on front counter wasn't interested really went down hill what I have noticed tonight they don't reply to reviews class

Unfortunately has lost its appeal, food was good years ago and even though its the same team, the food is now bland and service is terrible, get told 25min for collection and arrive to find out not made yet, then when finally get home its a calzone filled with onion poorly chopped chunks and the chicken tikka was plain chicken.. wont be back too many times now that they are late with food and is poor quality. Others food was same, doughy, no taste….

Ordered a munchie box which was cold when it came, hardly enough in it for the price that was paid, asked for cheese on the chips but was lucky to even taste it. Will not be ordering from here again, ever, food was dry too
