I was at Starbucks today with my son about 3.30pm and if I’m honest didn’t have a very good experience. There was 4/5 vacant tables but none of them had been cleared nor cleaned. Few staff just hanging around chatting away to each other. I had to approach the staff to ask for a table table to be cleared and cleaned. Floor was all sticky around our table, honestly it’s not acceptable. Someone needs to properly train those people about hygiene and how important it is.
