Ordered a chicken salad with chipotle sauce and recieved a salad with no chicken even in it and smothered in bbq sauce, and with pickles (not asked for) which I dont like. Not the first time they have gotten order wrong, clearly dont care about customers ordering out as they know they can get away with it.

I have ordered with this group through Just Eat a couple of times and this is yet another time we have had a missing item. When phoning I was told just to put in for a refund. Rather than offering to send the missing item out, and we are only a 15 minute drive maximum. Clearly don’t care.

Stand ages waiting nobody welcoming you or acknowledging you , they are so depressed and unwilling to engage . They need educated on hash browns telling you they don't have hash browns when they a full tray in ready in 3 minutes . Rude huffy little mares

Owner contacted me about vacancy as a manager at the store I went to meet him told me the staff were not doing thier job right and needed someone to fix it out .After meeting the owner he said he would let me know when it would start ,after about 2 weeks I made contact with the owner he said he was not hiring anymore I think he used this as a scare tactic and to get the staff scared staff at this shop watch out the owner lies

I placed an ordered for delivery but was told they only delivery through just eat so I said can i cancel and reorder through just eat as I needed it delivered or could she change it over and I would pay any extra over the phone but was told this is not possible so I said ok just refund me then after waiting 5 mins until she spoke to her boss I was told it will be done at somepoint by the boss but told not sure when as he’s really really busy (my reply not my problem) I said no I want to know it’s done now i have paid out for something I’m not going to get I want to know I have been refunded I was then told I could wait on the phone all day then! when I asked the staff member why she couldn’t do it as she’s an employee her response I just work here! (No sh*t I was then screamed at down the phone saying she can’t do anything and it’s not her problem! Top it off the food was sh*t! The staff need some training in customer service and how to carry out a basic request such as a refund!

Shocking service no greeting,then food slapped on.thoufht they had to make subs with same amount of filling with it spread along sub. Mine was slapped on not spread out. Quality has declined.the price of 2subs,nearly £10,still hungry after. Not what it was before!

Absolutely abhorrent service was lied to i’m told that there was no set an option even though I have sat in this particular subway multiple times in the past. There were two women work in the slightly larger one was awfully rude and was making up lies in order to finish working faster. On top of this there were two full bin bags in the middle of the floor when we walked in and they were not moved for the entirety of the time we were ordering. Cheeky rude and lying lazy staff
