We initially were just going to have some drinks but decided to have a bite to eat. Upon reviewing your menu there was very limited to no stock (this also included some drinks). I appreciate it was just after new year and deliveries could have been delayed but if you can’t provide the stock to offer a service then don’t offer it.

Would not give us a table as we wanted food and drink, told we had to book for food. Tables vacant but told they were for drinks only. Surely All Bar One would have gained financially serving food. Went across road to another pub and purchased food and wine, All Bar One's loss used to be a regular will not hurry back.

Booked for 13.45 seated then nobody approached table after 20 mins asked to speak to manager regarding non service. Manager apologised said she would sort it. After another 10mins still no service so we left unlikely ever to return.

We came in to have a few drinks and our barman Luke suggested we try the new Christmas Cocktails. They were lovely, a great recommendation. Luke's friendly, cheerful service kept us coming back for more.

The premises is fantastic and Christmas decorations are beautiful. Very busy bustling good atmosphere. I was very fortunate to receive a free birthday bottle of prosecco. Which required a £20 minimum spend. We received different dishes than we ordered (more wxpensive too) not wanting to cause a fuss we ate the food and it was very nice. However I did get the feeling the staff member did this deliberately. So instead of the food costing £22 I paid £34 . A little disappointed by this

Oh ho! Popped in for a quick drink with friends before getting the train.Was a really good atmosphere inside and we were made to feel very welcome by our waiter Franco. We ended up staying for longer due to his great banter. I stuck to the margaritas but next time I’ll defo be trying the mezcalita. Would recommend!

Everything beautifully cooked and HOT. Great service from the staff who couldn't do enough for us. They even let us rest between courses. The turkey was to die for being cut into smaller pieces and cooked to perfection.

We visited for a Christmas night out. The food was excellent and reasonably priced for a Christmas menu. The service was also attentive and speedy. Many thanks to Fynn and her colleagues for serving our table .
Staff warn and friendly. Pleasant to serve you. Food is tasty. Surroundings are nice, but some management decisions are questionable. It's a shame management are not up to the same standard as the workers.

3 course Christmas meal, booked, pre ordered meals weeks in advance as per demanded by all bar one, took 2 and a half hours to finally manage to get to desserts being served. Music blaring, can’t even hear yourself think. Having tables next to the only toilets in the building is a bit off putting as well.One of the servers was really nice. Shame being friendly doesn’t equate to anywhere near a half decent service time. Offering 2 bottles of Prosecco as an apology for over an hour wait between starters and main courses was an insult, I think 4 people out of the 11 here had a glass and clearly did not enjoy it because it was sub standard.
