I like the range of food at Bearsden Asda.The staff are great,know exactly which aisle products are on.What I really don’t like,and is becoming the norm,is One till open at 11am,with 5 people and their full trolleys waiting.Id go to Aldi if wanted that.With no action from any staff,guy in front of me went and complained…eventually one more till opened.Many people in queue v unhappy.Someone should be more reactive to long queues,and do something about it,or I for one will shop elsewhere

Terrible experience. The packaging on most of their products are bland, colourless and would brake apart a soon as I got it. It also contained an excessive amount of plastic, it seems as if they don’t care about the environment.

I used the delivery service, as its supposed to be easier (and was the only one available for certain items unfortunately, otherwise I would have stopped using them a year ago) however every single order had items missing, or a completely unsuitable replacement, or the driver brings the wrong items, then refuses to take them back, so I've had to return them myself and try find mine myself....substitutions are a joke (Frozen mars bars ice cream instead of the mars bar sweet ?) fresh pasta was delivered full of fungus (clearly visible through the packet) and several times I've had to fight to get a refund!! Awful, over expensive service thats not worth it, for delivery or collection. Avoid at all costs. Items are never correct and you are always missing stuff. Save yourself the hassle, go anywhere else. Gave them the benefit of the doubt for a year at approx one/two deliverys a week, nothing changed. Thankfully we have better options now. Save your money and go somewhere reliable.

Looking very dated now. The new refrigerated screens are a real pain. The lighting is so bad you cant see the contents of the fridges. Must have been designed by someone who doesnt shop ! Dont shop at Christmas as it takes 2 hours to get out of the car park ?????

Very badly managed, not enough people working the tills . Customers waiting for ages in queues to be served . This is not the first time seems to be a regular issue. I’m thinking of shopping elsewhere. Lucky to get a star at all?
