The food was great don’t get me wrong. The waiter that served us at the table was lovely. He carried the person Dylan who actually spent all his time on his phone outside. I asked to order as I knew what I wanted and he refused to take my order as a server will come out. Dylan seems to hide away from work and is extreamly arrogant. I wouldn’t return here, not for the food or the other workers, but for Dylan who brings the company down I’m afraid.

Had been here many times before in the past for a take away. I Don’t know if it has new owners but place was disgusting. The chips were soaked with grease definitely not fresh. The fish was tasteless and the batter was soggy i was really disappointed as my order was not cheap it came to over £30. I have learned my lesson and wont be returning.

Staff was very enthusiastic about their cutlery, curry sauce has stained my teeth , checked my table as it was wobbly like jelly, dropped my sausage on the floor it flopped.

Absolutely rotten special fish brick hard chips been in the hold area for a good few hours by the stale dry taste and m6 12.95 meal deal consisted of a sausage supper with 1 sausage instead of two and rank rotten chips. Waste of nearly £30 should have went to five guys as originally planned will never be in here again!!!

Walked in and sat down at a table. Order taken and got our drinks within 5 minutes. Still no food at arrived after 20 minutes despite 9 customers had been served at the counter. Shocking service and no apology. Won't be back and to confirm in response to the reply below - no Manager approached us whatsoever during the duration of our time there. You seem to have us mixed up with another customer perhaps who also had a negative experience.
